Lili11,
Yes brinjals in curry also best in the list except that too much curry will get me a quick tonsillitis but once in a while is good with hot yummy rice.will thinking of that when the brinjal is coming.

FJL, this is the first time I see a brinjal flower. I can make Yong Tow Foo with your brinjals. Also curry/asam fish head, vegetarian curry or brinjal with sambal belacan. Mmmm. I'm hungry already.

By the way, I have a Meme award for you. Please visit my post today to find out.

Though the tree is young (short) it has already bear fruits (brinjal). How wonderful! I usually cook brinjals with some minced meat or just steam them then add some soy sauce and onion oil. Brinjal is one of my favourite veges. I love buying them. They stay fresh for some time. Enjoy that wonderful dish!

Brinjal is a good looking plant... with hairy leaves.. Just wonder how you come up with shots from below... FJL, tak meniarap kan?... haha.. i suppose you just squeze the camera through the leaves and face the sky.

Lets have lots of curry with brinjals

Stephanie,
Perhaps the brinjals are too healthy and matured earlier haha..Actually I should fried the brinjals with deep cooking oil first, but as I was in a hurry to work I just mixed the sambal with it. Anyway lots of brinjals will coming out and I will have the chance to try different recipes of brinjals soon.

Bangchik and Kakdah,
Meniarap? haha..them brinjals are not that short, only up to my knees. I just positioning the camera underneath the brinjal flower and try to get the best shot. Perhaps orang kampung nearby when seeing me doing this..wah kok terung2 pun digambar juga ..
I will think of brinjal curry as hubby like curry dish.
