Jack fruit

>> Sunday, September 21, 2008

According to the Wikipedia encyclopaedia Jack fruit or (Nangka) in my place is a species of tree of the Mulberry family. Its scientific name is Artocarpus Heterophyllus. Its taste is sweet and the young jack fruit can be cooked with curries mix with coconut milk.
