the ripe avocadoyummy

You know this fruit? Its the avocado or buah lemak, buah susu in my place. Its now bearing flowers and pictures were taken during the fruit season. Its called the palta or alligator pear and is a tree native to many countries. Its nutritional values is 75% monounsaturated fat, more potassium than bananas, rich in B vitamins, vitamin E and vitamin K, scientific research states it has the highest fiber content of any fruit.
I love making avocado's juice as it is so rich and creamy.
